There is a choice of two shipping methods: AnPost (€4.95) or DPD courier (€6.95), to be selected at the checkout.
To ensure swift delivery please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address you specify. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) may delay your order.

At Candlemania we are committed to selling high-quality products, but we also understand that there may be times when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you may do so once you notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order. The item must be in its original condition, with the packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. You are responsible to pay the cost of returning the goods and must ensure that it is returned in protective packaging. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment that was used to purchase the item. Please note that personalised (customised) items cannot be returned.
