FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1) When can I expect my parcel to arrive?
We are trying to be as quick as possible and as a valued customer, we aim to ship your parcel on the same / next day.
2) I am checking my tracking number, but the message I'm getting is "No delivery record(s) found"
Please hold off until after 7pm to check your tracking number again. If you placed your order on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday, please hold off with checking your tracking number until Monday after 7pm.
3) I ordered from Cork - why is my tracking status showing that my parcel is currently in Portlaoise?
Please don't be concerned, as all AnPost orders are sorted at the Portlaoise hub.
We are currently UNABLE to deliver parcels to the UK (mainland) due to Brexit and lack of clear rules and systems in place to enure compliance with law on both sides. AnPost is currently working on creating a software specifically for Customs, so hopefully we can start shipping to the UK back again sometime in 2021.
For NORTHERN IRELAND are offering FREE delivery on orders over £50.
Delivery of items to the NI will take 2-3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
There is a choice of two shipping methods: AnPost (£6.26) or DPD courier (£14.40), to be selected at the checkout.
To ensure swift delivery please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel at the delivery address you specify. Please be aware that external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.) may delay your order.
We deliver to the following counties in Northern Ireland: Londonderry, Tyrone, Fermanagh, Armagh, Antrim and Down.
At Candlemania we are committed to selling high-quality products, but we also understand that there may be times when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.
If you wish to return an unwanted item, you may do so once you notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order. The item must be in its original condition, with the packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. You are responsible to pay the cost of returning the goods and must ensure that it is returned in protective packaging. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment that was used to purchase the item. Please allow 3-4 days for accounts to process a refund.
